A Successful Transformation

The problem
Despite their extensive reach, MaxiSend faced significant challenges with their flagship application, called Hermes. The system, built on disparate legacy architectures, was limiting scalability and lacked modern functionality. MaxiSend needed a complete overhaul of Hermes to modernize its infrastructure. And their internal development team was stretched lean.
Our collaboration
The primary goals of this project were twofold: to provide the application with a much-needed facelift and to migrate it into a scalable web app compatible with a cloud solution (AWS). We consolidated fragmented systems and established a robust foundation to support future growth.
